I have a hard time wanting to exercise. But one thing I do is when I go to a store, I park as far away as I can so that I have to walk farther. If I work out on my own I space out and will rest too long and not keep my heart rate up. I'm the first to comment. Maybe that will ...Yippee! I'm the first to comment. Maybe that will give me good luck! My fitness tip is, make it fun. Go swimming with your kids or go play Volleyball. This way it doesn't feel like you are even working out because it is a lot of fun. :) As soon as I have this baby (in June) I am on the band wagon on getting fit!
