And here we GO!

WELCOME TO FIT N' FUN AND THEN SOME!

Hi! My name is Bertie Ranger and this blog is going to be all about my comeback to the fitness scene. I invite you guys to give me any feedback you may have for me about what you want to see on my blog, what you want from me, and questions you might have and you would like me to answer. The journey is always so much more exciting when you have people rooting you on!

I will be posting videos, workout routines, nutrition advice, daily fitness tips, you name it and I'm bringing it all here to my blog!

I decided to go ahead and add "then some" because I will also be going off topic with fashion and beauty tips-- entertainment.. but for the most part, fitness.

I need your motivation as much as you "think" you need mine!!

So who is ready to get this PARTY started?? Give me a shout out so I know that I'm loved -- and to be more to the point... leave me a comment so we can both help each other out.

Remember- I want to hear what you want to see from me and this blog- and I'll give it to you! It is all about my FANS! (I'm SO diva right now;)) (kidding, in case you don't know my personality)

I am excited! I like fitness blogs that add pictures of what they eat as well as the recipes so I look at the food and think it looks good rather then look at the recipe and then that I don't like half the ingredients so I won't make it. I know a lot of work though. I also need pointers on what to eat after a workout to curb of the instant hunger. Something I can have with me at the gym to eat on the drive home or if we stop for errands after which is the normal scenario. I get soo hungry after a good workout and then eat all the calories I just burned at McDs or something easy. Okay I will stop writing a journal on your blog. Good luck.

Awesome for you on gettin back in da game! I just started training 2 months ago and started getting serious about my diet 2 wks ago. Have seen some progress but am new to this so looking forward to hearing about what works for you and learning what I can. Good luck!!!

Bertie! You should write about some stuff that you can do at home- when the babies are sleeping, you know?! I can't always get to the gym and when I'm at home, all I know to do are pushups and lunges..but there has got to be more?! tell me! :)

i just went through and pretty much read what you have goin on here and i gotta tell you, i love it! i keep trying to get myself motivated to get into shape for health reasons even more that vanity sake. i can feel my age creepin up on me and i miss the energy i used to have and i dont even have any kids yet. so props to you being so serious about health and fitness. i will be checking your site out and pray that your enthusiasm runs off on me.
